The SciPlay Corporation subsidiary of Scientific Games Corporation has announced the completion of a deal that has seen it spend an undisclosed amount of cash in order to purchase mobile casual games developer Come2Play Limited.
The Las Vegas-headquartered firm used an official Monday press release to detail that it had already offered a range of mobile-friendly casual games such as Bingo Showdown and Monopoly Slots as well as social counterparts including Jackpot Party Casino and Gold Fish Casino.
Casual commitment:
SciPlay Corporation declared that the acquisition has now seen its portfolio in this former category expand via the addition of the popular Backgammon Live and Solitaire Pets Adventure app advances, which it subsequently intends to ‘supercharge’ via the utilization of its ‘industry-leading player acquisition and revenue generation engine.’

Josh Wilson, Chief Executive Officer for SciPlay Corporation, used the press release to proclaim that he is ‘extremely excited’ to be welcoming the team from Come2Play Limited and intends to utilize his firm’s own ‘support and expertise in user acquisition, analytics and live operations’ in order to expand the reach and profitability of its games.

For its part, Come2Play is headquartered in the Israeli city of Tel Aviv with an additional development facility in the Ukraine.
